چکیده
This article proposes a novel Stackelberg game approach for activating demand response (DR) program in residential area aiming at addressing the mismatch between and renewable energy generation. In this study, two major players, namely aggregator as leader consumers followers, are considered. The aggregator, which owns wind farm also receives power from independent system operator (ISO), strives to obtain maximum matching consumers' forecasted by incentivizing adjust their load through offering bonus them. On other hand, change profiles obtaining highest amount of bonuses. Each consumer has kinds loads including critical loads, must be maintained under any circumstances, flexible e.g., heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) system, can regulated DR purposes. order consider uncertainty associated with generation demands, scenario-based stochastic programming model been adopted work. Results show effectiveness used interaction consumers, best that served both

In the Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) system, Device-to-device (D2D) communication underlying cellular networks can bring some advantages such as high data rates, low delay, low power consumption by reusing frequency bands with cellular user equipments (UEs). While at the same time, inter-cell and intra-cell interference is inevitable. The D2D users and cellular UEs will compete or cooper...
متن کاملANN-based residential water end-use demand forecasting model
Bottom-up urban water demand forecasting based on empirical data for individual water end uses or micro-components (e.g., toilet, shower, etc.) for different households of varying characteristics is undoubtedly superior to top-down estimates originating from bulk water metres that are currently performed. Residential water end-use studies partially enabled by modern smart metering technologies ...
متن کاملA Distributed Scheme for Incentive-based Residential Demand Response
Demand response (DR) enables customers to adjust their electricity usage to balance supply and demand. Although commercial and industrial DR have been in use for decades, residential DR is still emerging. The goal of this paper is to design a DR scheme for residential customers. We consider households operating various appliances and propose a distributed DR scheme to manage the appliances to k...
متن کاملResidential Demand Response under Uncertainty
This paper considers a residential market with real-time electricity pricing and flexible electricity consumption profiles for customers. Such a market raises an optimisation problem for home automation systems where they need to schedule consumption activities to reduce costs, whilst maintaining a base level of comfort and convenience. This optimisation problem faces uncertainty in real-time p...
